Northshore acquired this 75,000m2 urban renewal site from Aurizon & Qld Rail in mid 2014.
Following the acquisition, Northshore removed all of the former rail lines and completed remediation of the site.
The property is currently leased to Pickles Group.
Northshore’s long term vision for this site is to create a vibrant mixed use Town Centre for the Hamilton & Northshore residential communities. Northshore have recently commission Cox Rayner to prepare a draft Master Plan for this site.
