Grad Dip Property Development(Hons) Angus founded Northshore in 2008 after spending 15 years working for ASX Listed property development companies including FKP Limited, Amalgamated Holdings, Peter Kurts Group, South Bank Corporation and ERM. Angus has been responsible for the acquisition and development of $1.5 billion of commercial property in Australia. He has managed a wide range of businesses in the fields of Funds Management, Development, Construction and Facility Management.

Strategically focused with strong analytical skills, Kerrie is responsible for the preparation of management accounts, cash flow management and tax compliance. Kerrie has proven ability and discipline to provide accurate reporting of financial data to allow the executive management team to make key financial decisions.
