In Mid 2016 Northshore acquired the former Nufarm Chemicals facility at Pritchard Street Port of Brisbane. This 4ha strategic land parcel will in the future provide an opportunity for the development of a 20,000m2 distribution centre which is co-located next to the Container Port. A refurbishment of all buildings has been undertaken and the asset has now be re-leased.
